This Workshop addresses one of the most misunderstood concepts introduced by psychoanalyst Carl Jung who coined the phrase, “shadow self." Contrary to what many believe, the shadow is not the deep dark secrets we are trying to hide from others. In a nutshell, the "shadow" basically represents limiting beliefs that people subconsciously repress.  Their subconscious nature makes them susceptible to environmental influences and affect us in ways that most of us are not even aware of.
