The Shamanic Journey is an ancient practice that was used by shamans to enter the spiritual realms in order to seek wisdom and guidance on behalf of those in need of healing.  Today, we need to act as our own shamans, entering into relationship with our spirit guides and all the helping spirits found in the spiritual realms to receive direct revelation and reclaim our own spiritual authority.  In this webinar, we will examine the history and principles of shamanism, discuss modern-day shamanism, review the process of the shamanic journey, and experience a shamanic journey together.

About Teresa: 

Teresa has always been a spiritual seeker, following a path that has included being awarded a degree in Religious Studies from the University of Toronto, becoming a Reiki Master, and getting her certification as a Regression Hypnotherapist.  She is retired after 32 years as an educational assistant, working with children with learning challenges and multiple exceptionalities.  Since retiring, she is pursuing her spiritual work with great enthusiasm, training as a priestess, facilitating an online group for soul growth and personal development called Wise Ones Gathering, leading a weekly online prayer and meditation called Healing for Humanity and the Earth, presenting workshops on various spiritual topics, and developing her hypnotherapy practice.  She enjoys weaving together all the spiritual practices that have resonated with her over the years and sharing them with others in order to help them raise their consciousness, find their own inner truth, and come to trust it.
