About the event
Meditation has taken the interest of millions of people worldwide. Much of what is taught has taken many different paths and methods, to which the essence of meditation has been lost in favour of the form or method. If we look to the Cayce readings, can we find that essence again? We will look into the basics of what Cayce taught on meditation for us to get back on track and begin our journey to gain the vast benefits of meditation.
Ken Allego took his massage training at NHC in 1999 specializing in the Cayce/Reilly influenced style of massage therapy. Ken completed his 5-year training in Osteopathy with the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. His thesis entitled, “Edgar Cayce’s connection to Osteopathy and his view on the soul’s influence on disease” won the Andrew Taylor Still award for philosophical and sociological research in Osteopathy. Currently he works as an osteopath in Montreal, Canada, and lectures to the public regarding health, mind, meditation, and spirituality.
