Based on my research into and on-going application of the Cayce material on dreams, as well as that of the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung and others, I am pleased to share aspects of my insightful and encouraging, if sometimes challenging, journey of soulful acquaintance with the subconscious through dreams. 

I believe that we can all benefit spiritually, psychologically and physically by remembering and applying the helpful advice, confirmations and warnings that come to us in our dreams. As implied in the term dreamwork, the real benefit comes from applying the messages given to us in our dreams.
