Based on my research into and on-going application of the Cayce material on dreams, as well as that of the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung and others, I am pleased to share aspects of my insightful and encouraging, if sometimes challenging, journey of soulful acquaintance with the subconscious through dreams.

I believe that we can all benefit spiritually, psychologically and physically by remembering and applying the helpful advice, confirmations and warnings that come to us in our dreams. As implied in the term dreamwork, the real benefit comes from applying the messages given to us in our dreams. Following a short overview of the history of dreamwork, I will review what Cayce had to say on the subject and outline helpful ways by which we can learn to recall and interpret and work with our dreams. As with meditation, I believe dreamwork is essential for anyone on a spiritual path.

Introduced to the Cayce material in the early 1970s Mark has researched, written about and publicly presented various aspects ofthe Cayce material. A co-founder of the Shelter Valley Centre, a rural retreat facility in southern Ontario. Canada which hosted several Cayce related events, he has facilitated several Search for God study groups over the years. A committee member and volunteer for retreats and conferences in Ontario during the 1980s, he later presented during the annual Easter conference and Congress at the A.R.E.

As a writer, he has contributed several articles to Venture Inward a playwright he has penned and produced a series of 'sacred dramas' influenced by the Cayce material. He is co-author and editor of The Creative Soul on-line magazine.
