CONTEMPORARY CAYCE OF CANADA is proud to Present:

OCTOBER 1-DAY SYMPOSIUM

MARK and Mary Thurston  on-

'SPIRITUALITY FOR BUSY PEOPLE'

Our modern life is often so overwhelming that we seemingly have little time to accomplish everything that needs doing in a day – let alone get around to working on our spiritual growth! This virtual workshop will explore the psychology of busy-ness and teach you practical methods to:

· Manage your stress – even transform it into something that serves your growth

· Make optimal use of short periods of time – even just five minutes – to implement practices to support your well-being and spiritual development

· Cultivate greater “presence” in your life, bringing more meaning to everything you do

Come join us and learn ways to alter the pace of your lifeso that new “ways of being” emerge.  Discover how spiritual, mental and physical benefits can be reaped from even brief investments of time and attention.

From this virtual workshop you will learn to slow down and simplify your life -- reassessing your priorities so that your energies focus more fully on what is most important to you. Drawing insights from the Cayce “mental-spiritual” readings, Mark will share methods and tools that Cayce suggested to busy, stressed-out people decades ago – approaches that are even more applicable and promising in our own hectic times. You will learn about

· The best way to spend the first three minutes of your day

· How you can work with and find meaning in a dream – even from just a five-minute reflection exercise

· How to have a stabilizing, renewing meditation experience – even when there is only a five-minute period available

· The best way to spend the last three minutes of your day

You’ll learn simple, positive habits to take you into a centered, patient and soul-connected way of living – a life of resilience, mindfulness, and purpose.
